Is there a minimum order?
No, there isn’t. We cater to both personal and corporate orders.
Will the product I receive be the same as the one on your website?
Yes, you will. However, due to discrepancies in photography and device resolution, please note that pictures on the site may not be true to colour.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item or have an issue with my product?
Please contact us using the contact form here, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation when I place my order?
Yes, you should receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. If you have not received one after some time, please check your spam or junk folder.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is charged by weight, and will be calculated before checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only deliver locally within Singapore.
Where are the items shipped from?
All our items are shipped from Singapore.
Are your product prices Tax Inclusive?
Yes, all products are already inclusive of GST. No additional taxes will be charged.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered within 3 days. Our delivery partner delivers from Monday to Sunday, between 9am and 10pm.
Do you offer store pickup?
Yes, we do! Please select the store pickup option upon checkout. Orders can be picked up at our store between 12pm and 6pm from Mondays to Fridays. Please bring along your order confirmation for easy processing.
What payment modes do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments from VISA, Mastercard and American Express cards. We do also offer ApplePay for iOS devices, and Google Pay for Android devices.
Can I cancel my order?
After an order has been placed, order cancellation will be considered on a case-to-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible here if you would like any help with your order.
